• Go to the Sapphire Portal. 

• Click on Apply for a Sapphire Community Portal account (see yellow highlighted area). 

• Enter our keyword (all lowercase): charter

•  Continue with the prompts.

Where can I find a printable version of the 2024-25 calendar?

Click here to view it. For future reference, it's under the Calendar tab at the top of our site. Hover over it and you'll see it as a drop-down option.

You can also add our website calendar to you default calendar app! When you subscribe to it, anything we add or update will automatically show on your phone/device. Here are the quick and easy steps. 

1) Go to the calendar and look for this icon  (top right corner)
2) Click on it and view the drop-down options.
3) Click on iCal/RSS Feed and follow the prompts.
