Policy for Public Participation in Board Meetings
Beginning on November 11, all Board Meetings will be held in person (only) in the Lower School media center/library. Committee Meetings also begin at 5:30 p.m. and take place in the Lower School conference room. Click here to view a list of upcoming meetings.
Comments from the public happen at the beginning of each Regular Monthly Business Meeting and are limited to five minutes.
To comment on an agenda item or provide feedback to the Board of Trustees, please email Tina Ziegler (Board Secretary) at least six days before the upcoming meeting. Please provide your name, address, group affiliation (if applicable), and the topic you would like to address. Anonymous communication will not be addressed by the Board of Trustees.
