Procedures for Submitting Public Comments at Meetings of the Board of Trustees

Regular Monthly Business Meetings 
Regular Monthly Business Meetings are live streamed on our York Academy YouTube Channel so the public may follow along.  They begin at 5:30 p.m. 
To comment on an agenda item or provide feedback to the Board of Trustees, please choose an option below:

1) Submit your comments through this form. Your thoughts will be acknowledged during the meeting.

2) Email us by 12 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Provide your comments in the email, along with your full name, the school district in which you live and your connection to the York Academy. Since these meetings are live streamed on YouTube, you will join by Zoom. We will send you the link and indicate when you should join beforehand.



Committee Meetings
Monthly committee meetings are held in person at 5:30 p.m. at the Lower School (1st floor conference room). They are not live streamed on YouTube.

Please note that public comments on non-agenda items can only be made during Regular Monthly Business Meetings. If you submit comments that are not related to any of the Committee Meeting agendas, they will be acknowledged at the next Regular Monthly Business Meeting. To comment on an agenda item at a Committee Meeting, choose one of these options:

1) Attend the meeting and speak in person. 

2) Submit a comment through this form. Your thoughts will be acknowledged during the meeting if they are agenda related. Otherwise, they will be acknowledged at the next Regular Monthly Business Meeting.
