Policy for Public Participation in Board Meetings
All Regular Board Meetings and Board Committee Meetings are held in the Lower School Conference Room on the first floor. Click here to view a list of upcoming meetings.
Comments from the public happen at the beginning of each Regular Monthly Business Meeting and are limited to five minutes.
To comment on an agenda item or to address or provide feedback to the Board, click on THIS LINK. Please email Tina Ziegler (Board Secretary) at least six days before the upcoming meeting if you would like to address the Board of Trustees at an upcoming meeting. Please provide your name, address, group affiliation (if applicable), and the topic you would like to address. Anonymous communication will not be addressed by the Board of Trustees.
