Student-Led Conferences are coming up on Thursday, October 24 and Friday, October 25. Signups are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note: Students will only come to school with their parents/guardians during their scheduled conference time. There will be no classes or transportation for students on October 24 or 25, and students will not come to school. Please make childcare plans now.
Lower School (K-6):
Haven’t signed up yet? Click here and the online system will walk you through the steps. Select the grade level and teacher for your student(s). You will be asked to select the event and enter your name and email. Next, the system will email you a link so you can select the day and time for their Student-Led Conference. You may add or change times through that link.
Each student MUST attend their scheduled conference with a parent or guardian. If you have any problems signing up, please reach out to your child’s teacher or call the office for assistance at (717) 801-3900.
Upper School (7-12):
All Upper School parents and guardians should sign up for one 30-minute slot through their child’s Canvas account. All the content areas will be reviewed during that time period. More information about signing up for Student-Led Conferences was emailed to parents/guardians separately. Support will also be available for Canvas, Sapphire, the After-Hours Program, and more! Again, the only time students should come to school on October 24 and 25 is with their parents or guardians for their scheduled Student-Led Conference. School is closed and classes will not be held on those days. You'll be impressed to learn what your student(s) have accomplished. We hope you enjoy this time with them!

Lower School PTO Uniform Swap:
The PTO Uniform Swap room will be open during conferences at the Lower School. Not sure where it is? Head toward the outside gym entrance (glass doors). Go up the stairs and you'll find it. You’re welcome to bring gently used uniforms and swap them out for different sizes or just pick up some items at no cost.
Upper School Financial Aid Night:
The Upper School is hosting a Financial Aid Night next Thursday (10/24) from 5 – 7 p.m. Ed Lane, our Higher Education Access Partner from PHEAA, will be there to answer your questions.
Upper School Clothing Drive
The House of Ganditor is holding a Clothing Drive during conferences. Please bring your gently used clothing (of all kinds) and/or uniforms when you come. The clothing will be donated to a local shelter during Kindness Week.
