How do we know what we know? The Theory of Knowledge (TOK) Exhibition is an exciting highlight of the IB Diploma Programme, challenging you to step back and examine how knowledge shapes the world around you every day. As the culmination of your first year in TOK, you’ll select three real-world objects—anything from a family heirloom or a piece of technology to a photo or artwork—that connect to a core TOK question. You'll then write a compelling commentary explaining how those everyday objects unlock deeper truths about knowledge, perspective, and belief.

At the live exhibition event, the room transforms into an interactive gallery of ideas. Guests will circulate, explore your displays, and jump into captivating discussions about the concepts behind your project.

The TOK Exhibition isn't just an assessment; it’s your platform to sharpen key skills in critical thinking, public communication, and deep inquiry. It’s a powerful moment to showcase your ability to question assumptions, evaluate perspectives, and think like a true global citizen.
